Leslie Gilley - State Farm Agency, ubicada en Crestwood, KY, tiene una vacante inmediata para un(a) Recepcionista / Representante de Servicio al Cliente bilingüe (español / inglés), para trabajo a tiempo completo o parcial.
No se requiere experiencia en seguros, ya que capacitaremos a la persona adecuada con la actitud correcta.
El rol principal es garantizar estándares de servicio excelentes, responder de manera eficiente a las consultas de los clientes y mantener una alta satisfacción del cliente.
El candidato ideal es un profesional con una actitud positiva y una personalidad extrovertida. Alguien que “nunca ha conocido a un extraño,” con excelentes habilidades informáticas, capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, que trabaje bien en equipo y que tenga una verdadera pasión por ayudar a los demás.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Establecer relaciones con los clientes y dar seguimiento según sea necesario.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente rápido, preciso y amable, ya sea por llamadas telefónicas o atención presencial. Esto incluye responder a consultas sobre disponibilidad de seguros, documentos de pólizas, transferencias, presentación de reclamos y aclaraciones de facturación.
- Utilizar una comunicación ejemplar para satisfacer eficientemente las necesidades de los clientes, al mismo tiempo que se promueve el crecimiento de nuestro negocio.
CALIFICACIONES:
- Compromiso con el servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para relacionarse eficazmente con los clientes, responder a sus preguntas y anticipar sus necesidades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para asistir a los clientes y coordinarse con otros miembros del equipo de la agencia.
- Proactividad en la resolución de problemas.
