ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions quickly.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills to build rapport with customers and handle various personalities.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
