ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Leslie Gilley - State Farm Agency, located in Crestwood, KY, has an immediate opening for a Full-time, Bilingual (Spanish / English) Receptionist / Customer Service - Team Member.
No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. This opportunity requires approximately 30 to 35 hours per week.
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone calls or walk-ins. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, policy documents, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
